Chutney Recipe


3 cups chopped tomatoes
1 Thai chili (or more if you like it spicy!)
1 onion
1 bunch of cilantro
5 cloves of garlic
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Ginger
1. Chop tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and garlic. Place chopped ingredients in a large pot.
2. Add spices to chopped ingredients and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently. Simmer for 1 hour.
