Our Kitchen

Spice Kitchen Incubator offers a commercial kitchen for businesses in Salt Lake City.

Our kitchen is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be rented by the hour and reserved through an online scheduling system that is first come, first served.

We accept applications in a rolling basis, but space is limited!

Spice Kitchen Incubator has three cook lines and one available area. Rental rates vary from $15.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour.

Preparation Areas

The kitchen has one preparation area with one sink, two prep tables and a refrigerator. You may also use electrical equipment in this area. This space is available for rental at a rate of $15.00 per hour.

Kitchen Cook Lines

The kitchen has three cook lines. Use of large equipment is included in the rental price:

  • Convection Ovens: 2 double-stacked, natural gas ovens
  • Broiler: heavy-duty, char-type, gas-fired broiler
  • 6-Burner Gas Range
  • Fryer: heavy-duty, gas, floor model
  • Cook Line 1 includes a flat top grill
  • Cook Line 3 includes a barbeque grill

Dry Refrigerated and Freezer Storage

Storage is available for monthly rental.

We are looking for commercial users that already have a food business or that have a viable and stable business idea. A commercial kitchen user should have, or be willing to obtain:

  • A business plan
  • A business license
  • Liability Insurance
  • Experience in a commercial kitchen
  • A vision for their business, a larger food community and Salt Lake City area food systems
