Spice Kitchen Incubator works with aspiring food entrepreneurs to establish and grow a business. The curriculum is intensive and typically takes between 6-8 months to complete. Spice Kitchen is excited to collaborate with the Utah Film Center to screen Soufra, an inspiring story of social entrepreneur Mariam Shaar as she works alongside refugee women to launch a catering and food truck business in the Burj El Barajneh refugee camp in Lebanon.

Kali, our Kitchen and Events Coordinator, has shared her love of culinary culture with the Spice team and numerous entrepreneurs over the last three years. She has put in many overtime hours delivering food, setting up at farmer's markets, repairing the kitchen equipment, and learning with new food entrepreneurs.
