Goodbye Kali!

Kali, our Kitchen and Events Coordinator, has shared her love of culinary culture with the Spice team and numerous entrepreneurs over the last three years. She has put in many overtime hours delivering food, setting up at farmer's markets, repairing the kitchen equipment, and learning with new food entrepreneurs.

Kali recently moved on to a new role outside of Spice Kitchen Incubator, and she is certainly going to be missed.

Casidhe Wraps Up Her Year of Service

Spice Kitchen Incubator's VISTA, Casidhe, has spent the past year assisting refugee, immigrant, and low-moderate income entrepreneurs in a number of business scale-up ventures. Casidhe grew Spice Kitchen Incubator's capacity to help entrepreneurs succeed the newest Salt Lake City food trend: mobile food units. After a year of service, Spice Kitchen Incubator is excited that Casidhe will stay on the team as the Program Specialist! She will begin meeting directly with entrepreneurs and guiding them through the pre-incubation and incubation curriculum.

Food Entrepreneur Round Table 2018

Spice Kitchen Incubator presents a Food Entrepreneur Round Table, Feb 17, 2018 at the Cultural Celebration Center, 1355 West 3100 South, West Valley City, Utah. Join Spice Kitchen community experts as they share their knowledge on best practices for small food businesses. Attendance is $10.

The Round Table will focus on operating and scaling up food businesses. Lunch will include a panel discussion on lessons learned through owning a food business. The session will end with an opportunity to ask questions and interact with food industry experts.
