Thanksgiving Dessert Boxes 2023

This Thanksgiving, Spice Kitchen incubator entrepreneurs are showcasing a variety of desserts from around the world for your Thanksgiving table.
Ordering begins November 13th. Deadline to place your order is Friday, Nov. 17th a 2:00pm. Pick up is on Wednesday, Nov. 22 from 4-6:30 pm at Spice on 9th Café, Artspace Greenery, 422A West 900 South, Ste. 101, Salt Lake City, UT 84101. (Map)
The Thanksgiving Dessert Box is available in two sizes: Half-Dozen and Dozen.
Half-Dozen Boxes will include the Showcase Dessert from each chef for a total of 6 desserts for $31 plus tax. (Serves 4-6 people)
Dozen Boxes will include the Showcase Dessert plus a second Featured Dessert from each chef for a total of 12 desserts for $58 plus tax. (Serves 8-12 people)

Boca Dulce
Pumpkin Tres Leches Cake - The warming spices and creamy milks combine to make a delicious cupcake. Topped with cinnamon whipped cream. (Contains gluten and dairy)
Alfajores - A delicate, melt-in-your-mouth goat milk caramel center sandwich cookie, made with flour and cornstarch and dusted in powdered sugar. (Contains gluten and dairy)

Polvorosas - wheat flour, sugar, vegetable shortening, cherries, cinnamon, vanilla, salt.
Polvorosas GF - corn flour, rice flour, tapioca flour, sugar, vegetable shortening, cherries, cinnamon, vanilla, salt. (gluten free)
Torta Negra - flour, sugar, butter, egg, chocolate, hazelnut liquor, salt, cinnamon, whole cloves, vanilla, lima. (Contains egg and gluten, hazelnut, nuts, raisin, and almond)
Honey Teahive
Sticky Toffee Pudding - All purpose flour (contains niacin), dates, sugar, butter, eggs, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla, salt. Toffee Sauce: Brown sugar, butter, heavy cream, salt.
Chai Cupcake - All purpose flour (contains niacin), brown sugar, eff, pumpkin, milk, vegetable oil, maple syrup, baking soda, baking powder, spices, salt. Frosting: Butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, spices.
Noor Al Sham
Basboosa - Semolina cake served with an array of nuts.
Baklava - Flaky pastry of phyllo dough layers with pistachio, cashew, or walnuts and baked with sugar syrup and butter.
Prime Corn
Dolce de Calabaza - Made with pumpkin, hawthorns, guava, piloncillo, and spices.
Orange Rice Pudding - Rice cooked with tres leches and orange zest.
Zahara
Kaab El Ghazal - Crescent-shaped, flour-based dough filled with almond paste aromatized with orange blossom water.
Rakhama - A delightfully delicious gluten-free cookie made with peanuts, chocolate, and condensed milk. (Contains nuts)
