(May 2019) - The International Rescue Committee in Salt Lake City held its annual Journey to the Wasatch event in April, gathering over 150 local humanitarians for continued advocacy in support of refugees. This year's event was extra special as the IRC in Salt Lake City was celebrating 25 years of resettlement services!

Spice Kitchen Incubator businesses Sikkim Momo, KuyaDel, and Delicius provided small bites and desserts from around the world, receiving numerous compliments on their beautifully presented appetizers. One of the biggest hits was KuyaDel's ube, a purple yam ice cream with origins in the Philippines.
