Chef Spotlight: Chef Roxana
(May 2019) - Chef Roxana makes delicious, authentic Salvadoran desserts and is the first business following our new home-based food business track! Roxana makes gelatinas, cheesecake flans, and budín, a traditional pastry topped with a homemade caramel sauce.
"It is so refreshing to grow my knowledge about business finances," says Roxana.
"Roxana has made great progress in the program so far," says Casidhe, the Spice Kitchen Incubator Program Specialist. "Her hard work is definitely paying off."
