Chefs Zuhair and Nidahl of Falafel al Jailawi
Zuhair and Nidahl have experience running a food business from when they lived in Iraq. Since joining Spice Kitchen Incubator, they have purchased a food trailer and are excited to offer their specialty falafel to Salt Lake City! Falafel al Jailawi is also available for catering!
Menu:
Meat Entree (GF): Tender strips of lamb slow-cooked in a unique Iraqi spice blend stirred into light saffron rice with carrots and onions.
Vegan Entree (GF): Chickpea Falafel with Fried Eggplant, Amba (pickled mango dipping sauce), and cucumber tomato salad.
Each entree is accompanied with Arabic bread*
*Those needing accommodation for gluten free sides will receive falafel (or extra falafel)!
Orders must be submitted by Tuesday at 12pm! You will receive an email confirmation upon completion.

Pick up and pay at Square Kitchen (751 West 800 South) between 4-6:30pm each Thursday. Chefs accept cash, check, and card payments.
1-3 $10 each +tax
4+ meals $9 each +tax
If possible, bring your own bag for pick up!
