A reflection of two cultures, Zaater & Zayton is a full-service catering company offering a unique blend of traditional Middle Eastern Cuisines and American fusion.
Sister Chefs Sahad and Mayada started Zaater & Zayton as part of the Spice Kitchen Incubator. They wished to create a company that represents a fusion of both their Middle Eastern background and their new homes in the United States.
Menu:
Meat Entree*: Roasted Chicken Breast, topped with Spinach Basil Pesto Sauce and served with Israeli Couscous, Mushrooms, Parmesan Cheese, Cilantro, Flax Seed, Lemon, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and a side of Mixed Vegetables.
Vegetarian Entree*+: Crispy Eggplant Patties topped with Spinach Basil Pesto Sauce and served with Israeli Couscous, Mushrooms, Parmesan Cheese, Cilantro, Flax Seed, Lemon, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and a side of Mixed Vegetables.
*entrees can be accommodated for gluten free by substituting brown rice for couscous.
+entree can be made vegan by excluding Parmesan cheese.
Orders must be submitted by Tuesday at 12pm! You will receive an email confirmation upon completion.

Pick up and pay at Square Kitchen (751 West 800 South) between 4-6:30pm each Thursday. Chefs accept cash, check, and card payments.

4+ Orders $9 each +tax
If possible, bring your own bag for pick up!
