Chef Saadiyah of Ashikat Kitchen
Saadiyah grew up in Iraq and Jordan and both cultures influence her cuisine. She learned how to cook with her parents in their family restaurant. Saadiyah hopes to expand her own business Ashikat Kitchen into a bakery and restaurant. Her favorite part about cooking is seeing the look on peoples' faces as she watches them taste her culinary creations. Ashikat Kitchen uses fresh ingredients and provides superior quality food through unique styles.
Menu:
Omnivore Entree: Kushari - Lentils and rice topped with chicken, garbanzo beans, fried onions, macaroni (optional if gluten-free) with medium spicy tomato sauce on the side.
Vegan Entree: Vegetarian Kushari - Lentils and rice topped with, garbanzo beans, fried onions, macaroni (optional if gluten-free) with medium spicy tomato sauce on the side.

Orders must be submitted by Tuesday at 12pm! You will receive an email confirmation upon completion.

Upon arriving, customers must text us (385-202-5207) to tell us their full name and car type.
Pick up at Square Kitchen (751 West 800 South) between 4-6:30pm each Thursday.

All Spice-to-Go meals will continue to be packaged in single-serving containers with lids that close completely.
Reusable bags are not permitted at this time.
