Chef Saadiyah of Ashikat Kitchen
Saadiyah grew up in Iraq and Jordan and both cultures influence her cuisine. She learned how to cook with her parents in their family restaurant. Saadiyah hopes to expand her own business Ashikat Kitchen into a bakery and restaurant. Her favorite part about cooking is seeing the look on peoples' faces as she watches them taste her culinary creations. Ashikat Kitchen uses fresh ingredients and provides superior quality food through unique styles.
Menu:
Meat Entree: Middle Eastern White Bean Chicken Stew (GF, Dairy Free, Halal): Hearty servings of shredded chicken, white beans, tomatoes, onions, garlic and Anaheim peppers stewed in a homemade tomato sauce. Served over long grain basmati rice.
Vegan Entree: Middle Eastern Veggie & White Bean Stew (GF, Dairy Free, Vegan); White beans, tomatoes, onions, garlic and Anaheim peppers stewed in a homemade tomato sauce. Served over long grain basmati rice with a side salad
Dessert: Eton Mess a traditional British dessert of crisp meringue layered with tangy strawberry compote and whipped cream from Chef Mika of Honey Teahive.
Orders must be submitted by Tuesday at 12pm! You will receive an email confirmation upon completion.

All Spice-to-Go meals will continue to be packaged in single-serving containers with lids that close completely.
Reusable bags are not permitted at this time.
