Chef Hayat's Wings on Wheels
You may have noticed Hayat's Grill looks a bit different these days. A rebranded food truck and business concept called Wings on Wheels is taking Salt Lake County by delicious storm (read the SLUG Mag review here)! However tasty these wings are, Hayat continues to enjoy sharing dishes he loves from Afghanistan.
This week, grab-and-go with some of Hayat's favorite dinner options, and don't forget to add a hot chai to your order!
Spice To Go Dinner - Menu
Entrees:
Omnivore Entrée + Side
Beef Kofta Korma - tender meatballs made from ground beef, onions, cilantro, cumin seeds, and garbanzo beans simmered in a house made tomato sauce. Comes served over qabili palaw; long grain basmati rice with shredded carrots and golden raisins, with a green salad on the side with Hayat's green cilantro chutney.

Cauliflower Korma - Cauliflower florets slow-cooked in a korma sauce with onions, tomatoes, and a blend of fresh herbs. Comes served over qabili palaw; long grain basmati rice with shredded carrots and golden raisins, with a green salad on the side with Hayat's green cilantro chutney.

Place your order by Tuesday, January 25th at noon and pick up your item(s) via curbside pick up on Thursday, January 27th from Square Kitchen (751 West 800 South) between 4-6:30pm.
When you arrive for pickup please text us (385-202-5207) with the first and last name on the order, if you would like disposable utensils, and a description of your vehicle when you arrive. We ask that you remain in your vehicles and a staff member or volunteer will run your orders out shortly.
