Try out some delicious Venezuelan home cooking this week with La Pizca Andina! Chef Emma will be preparing some of her favorite authentic Venezuelan dishes that will keep you feeling warm this winter!
Choose from a bright Venezuelan beet salad, vegetarian pabellón, stuffed chicken, Venezuelan flan, and a refreshing malt soda.

Entrées:
Omnivore Entrée - Chicken loaded with vegetables
Roasted chicken breasts with with a vegetable and cheese filling, served with rice a la jardinera (Contains dairy).
Vegetarian Entrée - Pabellón
Stewed black beans and rice served with vegetable sofrito.
Sides:
Venezuelan Style Beet Salad: Bright and citrusy salad with beets, carrots, tomato, mango, and served with a lemon dressing. 17 oz.
Dessert:
Quesillo: This is a Venezuelan style flan, based on evaporated milk, condensed milk, sugar and egg. 8 0z. (Contains dairy)
Drinks:
Malta (Polar Maltin): A traditional Venezuelan drink that comes in a glass bottle.

Place your order with Prime Corn by Tuesday, March 1st at noon and pick up your items on Thursday, March 3rd from 4-6:30pm at Square Kitchen (751 West 800 South).
When you arrive for pickup please text us (385-202-5207) with the first and last name on the order, if you would like disposable utensils, and a description of your vehicle when you arrive. We ask that you remain in your vehicles and a staff member or volunteer will run your orders out shortly.
