This week's featured chef is Saadiyah of Ashikat Kitchen. Influenced by living in Jordan, Iraq, and traveling throughout the Middle East, Chef Saadiyah's dishes offer a blend of her favorite techniques and flavors from the region.
Choose from Paking chicken stewed in a spiced white bean tomato sauce with rice, a white bean and tomato stew, a bright and refreshing salad, homemade fatayer with a savory potato filling, Turkish donuts, and an imported Mango Pepsi.

Paking chicken baked with with a rich tomato sauce, served with white beans and a bed of fluffy basmati rice spiced with cumin and caraway.
Vegetarian - White Bean and Tomato Stew:
Creamy white beans smothered in a rich tomato sauce, served on a bed of fluffy basmati rice spiced with cumin and caraway.

Please Note: Orders close Tuesday March 22nd at Noon! Orders can be picked up, hot and ready-to-eat from Spice Kitchen (751 W 800 S Salt Lake City, UT 84104) Thursday March 24th from 4-6:30pm.
When you arrive for pickup please text us (385-202-5207) with the first and last name on the order, if you would like disposable utensils, and a description of your vehicle when you arrive. We ask that you remain in your vehicles and a staff member or volunteer will run your orders out shortly.
