Discover Food Festival

You are invited to join the festivities at the Discover Food Festival, presented by Creminelli Fine Meats and the International Rescue Committee in Salt Lake City! Gather together to celebrate global food traditions and taste the rich culinary diversity available in the Beehive State.
The event will support entrepreneurs participating in the IRC's Spice Kitchen Incubator program that works to assist refugee and new American culinary businesses to start, scale and sustain their efforts in Utah. The Discover Food Festival offers community members the opportunity to engage with and support culinary businesses, with more than a dozen local businesses planned to be in attendance.
Enjoy food from around the globe, live entertainment, and entrepreneur food demonstrations as part of Salt Lake County's 2022 Welcoming Week celebrations! General admission ticket purchases will directly support the efforts of Spice Kitchen Incubator. Once inside the festival, you'll make direct purchases from entrepreneurs and enjoy access to a cash bar.
Spice Kitchen supports aspiring food entrepreneurs from refugee and minority backgrounds by providing them with training, low-cost kitchen space, and connections to local markets. The festival will raise money to support their efforts, allowing them to provide more resources to Spice Kitchen entrepreneurs.
The IRC in Salt Lake City is seeking financial and in-kind sponsors in support of Discover Foods Festival, presented by Creminelli Fine Meats. All funds raised via sponsorship will directly support the event and the IRC's Spice Kitchen Incubator. Join us as a partner of the evening in support of local refugee and new American culinary businesses as a financial event sponsor.
