Goodbye Kali!
(Oct. 2018) - Kali, our Kitchen and Events Coordinator, has shared her love of culinary culture with the Spice team and numerous entrepreneurs over the last three years. She has put in many overtime hours delivering food, setting up at farmer's markets, repairing the kitchen equipment, and learning with new food entrepreneurs.
Kali recently moved on to a new role outside of Spice Kitchen Incubator, and she is certainly going to be missed. Over these three years, Kali coordinated hundreds of catering events, assisting new food businesses in launching and retaining customers. She has been an integral person in the planning of annual World Refugee Day celebrations, weekly Spice To Go menus, and food truck inspections.
Kali's final week at Spice included a going away party in true Spice Kitchen fashion: a mini food festival! We are so grateful for the time and heart Kali has put in to Spice Kitchen Incubator through her time here and wish her all the best!
