(July 2019) - Spice Kitchen Incubator's partnership with the Salt Lake City Public Library continues to provide additional market opportunities to new food trucks as well as those well-established mobile food businesses.

This summer, you can look forward to a unique meal on the northwest corner of Library Square. Spend your lunch break munching on your favorite dishes or try something new!

July 17th - Kafe Mamai launches his new food trailer full of African-Caribbean fusion!

August 7th - Visit your favorite Afghan chef as Hayat's Grill spends the lunch hours serving kormahs.

August 21st - Cafe India is new to the food truck scene and is one of the only mobile Indian food businesses in the Salt Lake area!

Each business will vend 11am-2pm on the corner of 200 East and 400 South.
