Fresh ‘n’ Fried offers Halab’s take on the American Classics of fried chicken tenders, fried chicken breasts, fried mozzarella sticks, and French fries.
Ibrahim made his way around his family kitchen as a child and began experimenting with different recipes. Upon moving to Utah in 2016, Ibrahim and his wife Rawiya decided that owning their own food business would be a great opportunity in their new home. Now, in addition to Halab’s Jasmine Kitchen, Halab has expanded to his new food truck “Fresh n Fried.”
Fresh ‘n’ Fried offers Halab’s take on the American Classics of fried chicken tenders, fried chicken breasts, fried mozzarella sticks, and French fries. Combo plates come with a dipping sauce and a small coleslaw-like salad.
Chef Ibrahim also offers Halab’s Jasmine Kitchen.
