Chefs Sahad & Mayada of Zaater & Zayton
A reflection of two cultures, Zaater & Zayton is a full-service catering company offering a unique blend of traditional Middle Eastern Cuisines and American fusion.
Sister Chefs Sahad and Mayada started Zaater & Zayton as part of the Spice Kitchen Incubator. They wished to create a company that represents a fusion of both their Middle Eastern background and their new homes in the United States.
Menu:
*Meat Entree: Beef Kebab with a tomato red sauce served with Muljadara, a traditional side of lentils, rice and eggplant topped with crispy fried onions.
*Vegetarian/Vegan Entree: Falafel bowl (made with garbanzo and fava beans) served with Muljadara, a traditional side of lentils, rice, and eggplant topped with crispy fried onions.
*+ALL entrees are served with a side salad of cabbage, cucumber, tomato, and roasted beet roots with a yogurt, lemon and garlic Tahini sauce.
*Gluten-Free
+Can be substituted/made to-order for dairy-free/vegan customers.
Orders must be submitted by Tuesday at 12pm! You will receive an email confirmation upon completion.

Pick up and pay at Square Kitchen (751 West 800 South) between 4-6:30pm each Thursday. Chefs accept cash, check, and card payments.

4+ Orders $9 each +tax
If possible, bring your own bag for pick up!
