Menu:
Main Entree (Gluten-Free, Vegan*): Borscht, a traditional soup made of red beets, sauteed garlic and onions, shredded cabbage, carrots, and topped with fresh dill, cilantro a dollop of garlic-dill sour cream.
Meat Side (Gluten-Free): Baked potato with butter, salt, pepper, and mozzarella, topped with crispy bacon and green onions. Served with a side of garlic-dill sour cream.
Vegetarian Side (Gluten-Free, Vegan*): Baked potato with butter, salt, pepper, and mozzarella, topped with fried eggplant seasoned with Georgian spices. Served with a garlic-dill sour scream.
*Can be accommodated for dairy-free restrictions by serving without mozzarella and sour cream.

Pick up and pay at Square Kitchen (751 West 800 South) between 4-6:30pm each Thursday. Chefs accept cash, check, and card payments.
