Chefs Max, Zuhair and Nidahl of Falafel al Jailawi
Max, Zuhair and Nidhal experienced running a food business when they lived in Iraq. Falafel al Jailawi is available for caterings and can be found at markets and pop-ups around Salt Lake City. Their specialties include chicken shawarma, falafel, and pickled vegetables!
Menu:
+*MEAT Entree: Chicken Biryani served over long grain basmati rice with beans, carrots, and onions. Served with a Middle Eastern chicken soup.
+*VEGAN Entree: Grape leaf and swiss chard dolmas filled with long grain basmati rice, onions, bell peppers, squash, and homemade tomato sauce. Served with a green side salad and Middle Eastern vegetable soup.

Pick up and pay at Square Kitchen (751 West 800 South) between 4-6:30pm each Thursday. Chefs accept cash, check, and card payments.
1-3 $10 each +tax
4+ meals $9 each +tax
If possible, bring your own bag for pick up!
