A reflection of two cultures, Zaater & Zayton is a full-service catering company offering a unique blend of traditional Middle Eastern Cuisines and American fusion.
Sister Chefs Suha and Mayada started Zaater & Zayton as part of the Spice Kitchen Incubator. They wished to create a company that represents a fusion of both their Middle Eastern background and their new homes in the United States.
Menu:
Meat Entree (GF): Tender Iraqi-Style Beef and Chicken Shawarma Slow-cooked and Seasoned with Unique Middle Eastern Spices
Vegan Entree (GF, Vegan): Falafel made from Chickpeas, Fava Beans, and Spices, and lightly Fried until Crispy.
Each entree comes with green pea and quinoa salad, homemade hummus, herb-roasted potatoes, pickled vegetables, and pita bread.
Orders must be submitted by Tuesday at 12pm! You will receive an email confirmation upon completion.

Pick up and pay at Square Kitchen (751 West 800 South) between 4-6:30pm each Thursday. Chefs accept cash, check, and card payments.
1-3 Orders $10 each +tax
4+ Orders $9 each +tax
If possible, bring your own bag for pick up!
