Chefs Ibrahim and Rawiyah of Halab's Jasmine Kitchen
Ibrahim made his way around his family kitchen as a child and began experimenting with different recipes. Upon moving to Utah in 2016, Ibrahim and his wife Rowiya decided that owning their own food business would be a great opportunity in their new home. Halab’s Jasmine Kitchen offers authentic Syrian dishes coming from years of creating unique spice mixes and marinades.
Menu:
Shawarma Wrap (Omnivore Entree): Flatbread sandwich filled with marinated chicken, slow-cooked in a mixture of aromatic spices. Comes topped with pickled vegetables and a homemade yogurt sauce.

Falafel Wrap (Vegetarian Entree): Flatbread sandwich filled with freshly fried, crispy chickpea falafel, fresh cucumber, tomatoes, homemade tahini, and yogurt sauce.

Side: Each entree comes with a serving of Fattoush, Levantine salad, dressed in a homemade pomegranate vinaigrette.

Payment and Pick-Up Processes:
Order and pay online by 12pm on Tuesday, June 23rd for CURBSIDE pick-up at Square Kitchen (751 West 800 South) between 4-6:30pm on Thursday, June 25th.
Upon arrival, please text us with your first and last name, car type, and license plate number. (If that doesn't work on your phone, please text us at 385-202-5207.)
