Chefs Ibrahim and Rawiyah of Halab's Jasmine Kitchen
Ibrahim made his way around his family kitchen as a child and began experimenting with different recipes. Upon moving to Utah in 2016, Ibrahim and his wife Rowiya decided that owning their own food business would be a great opportunity in their new home. Halab’s Jasmine Kitchen offers authentic Syrian dishes coming from years of creating unique spice mixes and marinades.
Menu:
Falafel Wrap (Vegetarian Entreé): Flatbread sandwich filled with freshly fried, crispy chickpea falafel, fresh cucumber, tomatoes, and homemade tahini sauce. Comes with a serving of Fattoush, Levantine salad, dressed in a homemade pomegranate vinaigrette.
Kebsa (Omnivore Entreé): Chicken cooked with kabsah spices, carrots, peppers, onion, and corn. Served with Basmati rice.

4+ Orders $9 each +tax

Payment and Pick-Up Processes:
Order and pay online by 12pm on Tuesday, June 23rd for CURBSIDE pick-up at Square Kitchen (751 West 800 South) between 4-6:30pm on Thursday, June 25th.
