Chefs Ibrahim and Rawiyah of Halab's Jasmine Kitchen
Ibrahim made his way around his family kitchen as a child and began experimenting with different recipes. Upon moving to Utah in 2016, Ibrahim and his wife Rowiya decided that owning their own food business would be a great opportunity in their new home. Halab’s Jasmine Kitchen offers authentic Syrian dishes coming from years of creating unique spice mixes and marinades.
Menu:
Falafel Wrap (Vegetarian Entreé): Flatbread sandwich filled with freshly fried, crispy chickpea falafel, fresh salad, and homemade tahini sauce.
Kebsa (Omnivore Entreé): Chicken cooked with kabsah spices, carrots, peppers, onion, and corn. Served with Basmati rice.

Payment and Pick-Up Processes:
Order and pay online by 12pm on Tuesday, June 8th for CURBSIDE pick-up at Square Kitchen (751 West 800 South) between 4-6:30pm on Thursday, June 25th.
Upon arrival, please text us with your first and last name, car type, and license plate number. (If that doesn't work on your phone, please text us at 385-202-5207.)
