Chefs Ibrahim and Rawiyah of Halab's Jasmine Kitchen
Ibrahim made his way around his family kitchen as a child and began experimenting with different recipes. Upon moving to Utah in 2016, Ibrahim and his wife Rowiya decided that owning their own food business would be a great opportunity in their new home. Halab’s Jasmine Kitchen offers authentic Syrian dishes coming from years of creating unique spice mixes and marinades.
Menu:
Falafel Wrap (Vegetarian Entrée): Flatbread sandwich filled with freshly fried, crispy chickpea falafel, fresh salad, and homemade tahini sauce.
Kebsa (Omnivore Entrée): Chicken cooked with kabsah spices, carrots, peppers, onion, and corn. Served with Basmati rice.
Don't forget to add a dessert to your Spice-to-Go order. This week features an assortment of delicately made baklava (2ct), Turkish donuts (2ct), and bird nests (2ct) with homemade syrup from Chef Saadiyah!
Payment and Pick-Up Processes:
Order and pay online by 12pm on Tuesday for CURBSIDE pick-up at Square Kitchen (751 West 800 South) between 4-6:30pm on Thursday.
Upon arrival, please text us with your first and last name, car type, and license plate number. (If that doesn't work on your phone, please text us at 385-202-5207.)
To ensure the health and safety of Spice Kitchen Incubator staff, volunteers, entrepreneurs, and customers, we will be taking all necessary precautions, listed here, to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
