Chefs Sahad & Mayada of Zaater & Zayton
A reflection of two cultures, Zaater & Zayton is a full-service catering company offering a unique blend of traditional Middle Eastern Cuisines and American fusion.
Sister Chefs Sahad and Mayada started Zaater & Zayton as part of the Spice Kitchen Incubator. They wished to create a company that represents a fusion of both their Middle Eastern background and their new homes in the United States.
Menu:
Order Meat Entrée: Chicken Shawarma bowl. Chicken Shawarma with a quinoa/rice mix along with cabbage, tomato, lettuce, onion, and pickles topped with red tomato sauce and garnished with parsley.
Order Vegan Entrée: Falafel bowl. Crisply falafel with a quinoa/rice mix with cabbage, tomato, lettuce, onion, and pickles topped with tahini sauce and garnished with parsley.
Order Dessert: This week features vegan lavender blueberry custard or vegan matcha custard from Chef Naomi of Prin-Ya!
1-3 Entrées: $10 each.
4+ Entrées: $9 each.
Desserts:
$10 each + tax
Order and pay online by 12pm on Tuesday for CURBSIDE pick-up at Square Kitchen (751 West 800 South) between 4-6:30pm on Thursday. You will receive an email confirmation upon completion.
Upon arrival, please text us with your first and last name, car type, and license plate number. (If that doesn't work on your phone, please text us at 385-202-5207.)
To ensure the health and safety of Spice Kitchen Incubator staff, volunteers, entrepreneurs, and customers, we will be taking all necessary precautions, listed here, to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
