Chefs Ali & Ahed of Rahma
Spice Kitchen Incubator is happy to announce the official launch of Chefs Ali & Ahed and their business, Rahma. This week's maklouba and smoky yogurt drink are sure to catch your eye. Chefs Ali & Ahed are eager to bring their recipes and flavors to Salt Lake City!
Menu:
Order Dinner Combos - $21
Beef or Vegetable Maklouba; hummus & pita bread, luqimat, and a smoky yogurt drink.
Order Entrées - $13
Beef or Vegetable Maklouba; layers of thinly sliced vegetables and/or beef roasted in the oven alongside Rahma's tomato-based red sauce. Comes served over white basmati rice.
Order Appetizers - $3
Hummus & Pita Bread; Hummus from scratch made with garbanzo beans soaked overnight, finely ground, and mixed with tahini sauce. Comes with a side of pita bread.
Order Appetizers - $3
Jajek; a savory mixture of whole milk yogurt, garlic, cucumber, mint, and lemon. Goes fantastic with Rahma's maklouba.
Order Beverages - $2
Smoky Yogurt Drink; Simply put, a "must-try"! Rahma's yogurt drink will have you wishing you'd ordered two more!
Order Desserts - $2
Luqimat; a bite-sized sweet treat with a crunchy exterior and tender interior. Drizzled with a lemon simple syrup.
Payment and Pick-Up Processes:
Order and pay online by 12pm on Wednesday, November 3 for CURBSIDE pick-up at Square Kitchen (751 West 800 South) between 4-6:30pm on Thursday.
Upon arrival, please text us with your first and last name, car type, and license plate number. (If that doesn't work on your phone, please text us at 385-202-5207.)
