This week we are happy to introduce yet another newly launched business from Spice Kitchen Incubator! If you've been following Spice for a few years, you'll recognize this dynamic duo, Sikkim Momo! Chefs Sita & Ranju are excited to announce their official relaunch of 2021 and look forward to providing you with some homestyle favorites from their new Spice-to-Go menu!

After reviewing the Spice To Go Dinner “Options” below, please use “Order Links” at the bottom of this list.
You may order the Combo Meal which includes all options below OR order À la Carte picking only the items you want.
*Dinner Combos include a choice of one entrée and one appetizer, plus a side, beverage & dessert. (Serves 1 individual)
You can also order items individually. Plus, you can order the combo meal and add individual items in addition to your combo meal. “Mix-and-match as you please.”
Spice To Go Dinner “Options”
Entrées:
1. Chicken Tikka Masala, 16oz | Dairy free, gluten free
A hand blend of spices in a savory tomato sauce with homemade curry paste made of garlic, ginger, onion, turmeric, and cumin with chicken breast simmered until fork tender. Served over long grain basmati rice.
2. Fall Vegetable Yellow Curry, 16oz | Vegan, dairy free, gluten free
Homemade blend of spices and a handmade yellow curry paste simmered with green lentils, roasted cauliflower, carrots, onions, and potatoes. Served with long grain basmati rice.
Appetizers:
1. Pork Momos, 4pc | Contains gluten, dairy free, soy free
Minced pork seasoned with onions, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, turmeric, salt, and olive oil. Carefully wrapped and steamed until savory and tender.
2. Vegetable Momos, 4pc | Vegetarian, contains gluten, dairy free, soy free
Diced vegetables including carrots, cabbage, onions, ginger, and seasoned with cumin, coriander seed, turmeric, and coconut oil. Carefully wrapped and steamed until tender.
*Momos come with Sikkim Momo's housemade cilantro and/or sesame dipping sauce (gluten free, dairy free, vegan)
Side:
Nepalese Potato Salad, 6oz | Vegan, gluten free, dairy free
Chunks of potato simmered in a mixture of turmeric, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, and garlic. Mixed with chopped cucumber, tomatoes, fried sesame seeds, fenugreek, salt, and olive oil.
Beverage:
Marsala Chai, 12oz | Vegetarian, contains dairy, gluten free
Homemade chai from Chefs Ranju & Sita that is sure to warm you up on a chilly November evening! Made from whole milk, cinnamon, sugar, cloves, ginger, and black pepper, Chef Ranju suggests enjoying this warm beverage with some rice pudding!
Dessert:
Kheer, Rice Pudding, 6oz | Vegetarian, gluten free, contains cashews & dairy
Made from a high quality sticky rice, this rice pudding is simmered in whole milk until milky, sweet, and tender. Cooked with raisins, walnuts, and seasoned with cardamom and cinnamon, this dessert is the perfect, light ending to Sikkim Momo's Spice-to-Go menu!

Please Note: Orders close Wednesday November 10th at 12pm! Orders can be picked up, hot and ready-to-eat from Spice Kitchen (751 W 800 S Salt Lake City, UT 84104) Thursday November 11th from 4:00-6:30pm.
When you arrive for pickup please text us (385-202-5207) with the first and last name on the order, if you would like disposable utensils, and a description of your vehicle when you arrive. We ask that you remain in your vehicles and a staff member or volunteer will run your orders out shortly.
