Chefs Sahad & Mayada of Zaater & Zayton
Sister Chefs Sahad and Mayada are proud owners of Zaater & Zayton, an Iraqi food business that creates beautiful food presentations with wholesome and healthy ingredients. Their most recent project, Z&Z Prep, offers meal preparation services to health-conscious eaters across the Salt Lake Valley.
This week, Zaater and Zayton are featuring a full menu to start the new year. We recommend ordering a combo meal but a-la-carte options are available to create your perfect feast!
Spice To Go Dinner “Options”
Entrées:
Omnivore: Flank Steak with white rice, served alongside grilled vegetables and baked potatoes, with a side of green herb sauce. 4 oz | gluten free, dairy free.
OR
Vegan: Falafel with white rice, served alongside grilled vegetables, baked potatoes, and fried cauliflower, with a side of tahini sauce. | gluten free, vegan, $14 a-la-carte
Soup:
Red lentil soup with mint and garlic. 1 cup | gluten free, vegan.
Sides:
Muhammara (dip made from walnuts, red bell pepper) with pita bread. vegan.
Baba Ghanosh (dip made from grilled eggplant with vegetables) with pita bread. gluten free, vegan.
Dessert:
Muhallebi (milk pudding) topped with dried fruit compote gluten free, vegetarian.

Order Pickup
Place your order by Wednesday, January 5th at 12pm (noon) and pick up your food curbside on Thursday, January 6th from Square Kitchen (751 West 800 South) between 4-6:30pm.
When you arrive for pickup please text us (385-202-5207) with the first and last name on the order, if you would like disposable utensils, and a description of your vehicle when you arrive. We ask that you remain in your vehicles and a staff member or volunteer will run your orders out shortly.
