This week's featured business is Coco Limón, serving you the delicious fusion flavors of Chef Spencer. Influenced by Central, South American, and Mexican cuisines, Chef Spencer offers up creative interpretations of the traditional dishes you know and love.

This week, choose between a plate of Blackened Cod, served with a citrus salsa and a quinoa and spinach salad, a burrito bowl, an empanada plate, and for dessert, a coconut lime mousse cup and a traditional Australian Lamington cake.

Entrées:

  1. Omnivore - Blackened Cod:

    Cod seared to perfection in a blend of spices, topped with a bright citrus salsa and served on a light bed of quinoa spinach salad. (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

  2. Omnivore - Burrito Bowl:

    Not your average burrito bowl, a flavorful assortment of authentic Mexican staples served on a bed of spiced rice. Choose between a chicken or steak protein, served with fresh avocado, beans, cabbage, corn salsa, lime cilantro aioli, and topped off with a generous sprinkle of fresh cotija cheese. (Gluten Free, Contains Dairy)

  3. Vegetarian - Empanada Plate:

    Two homemade empanadas, stuffed with a savory potato filling, served with rice, beans and slaw.

Dessert:

  1. Coconut Lime Mousse Cup:

    The bright citrusy flavors of Latin America, delivered in a mouthwatering, fluffy mousse. (dairy, eggs)

  2. Lamington:

    An Australian style sponge cake soaked in a chocolate and coconut mix. Light and tender on the inside, with a rich chocolate and coconut layer on the outside. (dairy, eggs)

Please Note: Orders close Tuesday April 5th at Noon! Orders can be picked up, hot and ready-to-eat from Spice Kitchen (751 W 800 S Salt Lake City, UT 84104) Thursday April 7th from 4-6:30pm.

When you arrive for pickup please text us (385-202-5207) with the first and last name on the order, if you would like disposable utensils, and a description of your vehicle when you arrive. We ask that you remain in your vehicles and a staff member or volunteer will run your orders out shortly.
