This week's Spice to Go features Chefs Ali and Salima of Get FalaFull. "The Al Hammashi family from Iraq owns Get Fala-Full. They serve Middle Eastern dishes like shawarma and falafel. They have been making homemade food for friends and acquaintances for years. Many of their loved ones suggested they start a business, so they decided to serve their food to the Salt Lake community and help them Get Fala-Full!"

Entrées:
Chicken Shawarma (12oz):
Pieces of moist chicken breast seasoned with lime juice, garlic, olive oil, and shawarma spices served in a tortilla with pickles and onion and a mayo-tahini-yogurt sauce. (Halal, contains dairy, contains wheat)
Tepsi (10oz):
Eggplant, onion, garlic, green, yellow and red bell peppers, tomatoes, tomato sauce, pomegranate molasses and spices, alongside long-grain rice. (Vegetarian, dairy free, gluten free)
Appetizers:
Hummus (6oz):
Chickpeas soaked overnight and blended with tahini, lime, garlic, olive oil, and garnished with sumac. (Vegan, dairy free, gluten free)
Jajik (6oz):
Side sauce made with grated cucumber, garlic, yogurt, parsley, and sour cream. (Vegetarian, contains dairy, gluten free)
French Fries (8oz):
Potatoes fried until lightly golden. (Vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free)
Dessert:
Datli (6-8pc):
Fried sweet dough with an orange-blossom simple syrup. (Vegetarian, contains wheat, dairy free)

Please Note: Orders close Wednesday, July 27th at Noon! Orders can be picked up, hot and ready-to-eat from Spice Kitchen (751 W 800 S Salt Lake City, UT 84104) Thursday July 28th from 4-6:30pm.
When you arrive for pickup please text us (385-202-5207) with the first and last name on the order, if you would like disposable utensils, and a description of your vehicle when you arrive. We ask that you remain in your vehicles and a staff member or volunteer will run your orders out shortly.
