Prime Corn brings Pre-Hispanic food to Salt Lake City! Inspired by seeing food trucks at farmer’s markets, Chef Wendy brings a new style of vegetarian cuisine that originates directly from Mexico. Bringing together delicious, balanced, affordable, and nutritious meals. Fresh ingredients are a priority.
Prime Corn is back for Spice-to-Go with their plant-based pre-Hispanic Mexican food! Start the new month off with hard-to-find flavors and ingredients by chef Wendy!

Spice To Go Dinner “Options”
Entrées:
Tacos de Hongos (2pc):
Two blue corn tortillas filled with mushrooms sautéed with onions and Mexican herbs, garnished with cabbage. Served with pico de gallo and your choice of salsa on the side. (Vegan, dairy free, gluten free)
Quesadilla de Huitlacoche (1pc):
Fresh large homemade tortilla filled with Chihuahua cheese and huitlacoche, corn truffle, grilled until the cheese is melted. Served with pico de gallo and a choice of salsa on the side. (Vegetarian, contains dairy, gluten free)
Appetizers:
Ensalada Alegria:
Fresh apples, pears, and jicama shaved, soaked in orange juice, and served over fresh spinach, then sprinkled with amaranth and your choice of hemp hearts (Vegan Option), or curd (Vegetarian Option). Served with a side of hibiscus vinaigrette.
Dessert:
Nicuatole de Fresa:
A vegan alike strawberry gelatin dessert, corn based, sweetened with brown sugar and garnished with flamed strawberries. (Vegan, dairy free, gluten free)

Order Pickup
Place your order with Prime Corn by Tuesday, August 24th at noon and pick up your items on Thursday, August 25th from 4-6:30pm at Square Kitchen (751 West 800 South).
When you arrive for pickup please text us (385-202-5207) with the first and last name on the order, if you would like disposable utensils, and a description of your vehicle when you arrive. We ask that you remain in your vehicles and a staff member or volunteer will run your orders out shortly.
