This week's Spice to Go features Chefs Ali and Salima of Get FalaFull. "The Al Hammashi family from Iraq owns Get Fala-Full. They serve Middle Eastern dishes like shawarma and falafel. They have been making homemade food for friends and acquaintances for years. Many of their loved ones suggested they start a business, so they decided to serve their food to the Salt Lake community and help them Get Fala-Full!"

Entrées:
Chicken Shawarma Biryani (20oz):
Pieces of marinated chicken breast seasoned with lime juice, garlic, olive oil, and shawarma spices wrapped in a tortilla with pickles and onion and a mayo-tahini-yogurt sauce. Served with a side salad. (Halal, contains gluten, contains dairy)
Falafel Wrap (20oz):
Falafel discs made of chickpeas, onions, garlic and parsley, served in a tortilla wrap with lettuce, cucumber, tomato and tahini sauce. (Vegetarian, contains gluten, dairy free)
Appetizer:
Hummus (8oz):
Chickpeas soaked overnight and blended with tahini, lime, garlic, olive oil, and garnished with sumac. Served with naan. (Vegan, dairy free, contains gluten)
Side:
French Fries (8oz):
Potatoes fried until lightly golden. (Vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free)
Dessert:
Banana Custard (8oz):
Corn flour, milk, vanilla and banana flavor and sprinkled with cinnamon. (Vegetarian, contains dairy, gluten free)

Please Note: Orders close Tuesday, November 8th at Noon! Orders can be picked up, hot and ready-to-eat from Spice Kitchen (751 W 800 S Salt Lake City, UT 84104) Thursday November 10th from 4-6:30pm.
When you arrive for pickup please text us (385-202-5207) with the first and last name on the order, if you would like disposable utensils, and a description of your vehicle when you arrive. We ask that you remain in your vehicles and a staff member or volunteer will run your orders out shortly.
