A reflection of two cultures, Zaater & Zayton is a full-service catering company offering a unique blend of traditional Middle Eastern Cuisines and American fusion. Sister Chefs Sahad and Mayada started Zaater & Zayton as part of Spice Kitchen Incubator.
Originally from Iraq, Sahad and Mayada wish to create a company that represents their Middle Eastern background and their new homes in the United States.

Beef Tabsi Bettingan (16oz):
Eggplant, beef kebabs, onion, tomato, green bell pepper, tomato cooked in tomato sauce, served with white rice. (Dairy free, gluten free).
Vegetable Tabsi Bettingan (16oz):
Eggplant, onion, tomato, green bell pepper, potato, tomato, cooked in tomato sauce, served with white rice. (Vegetarian, dairy free, gluten free).

Chicken Musakhan Rolls (2pc):
Sumac-seasoned chicken marinated overnight with onions, hand-rolled in a spring roll pastry and deep fried until golden brown. (contains gluten, dairy free)
Vegetable Borek (2pc):
Potatoes, peas, carrots, cabbage, and corn in a rolled-up spring roll pastry and deep fried until golden brown. (Vegetarian, contains gluten, dairy free)
Sides:
Kibbeh Soup (12oz):
A dumpling soup consisting of rice and semolina flour kibbeh stuffed with ground beef. Served with turnips, Swiss chard, onion, tomato sauce. (contains wheat, dairy free)
Vegan Kibbeh Soup (12oz):
A dumpling soup consisting of rice and semolina flour kibbeh stuffed with tofu. Served with turnips, Swiss chard, onion, tomato sauce. (Vegan, contains wheat, dairy free)

Order Pickup
Place your order by Tuesday, November 29th at 12pm (noon) and pick up your food curbside on Thursday, December 1st from Square Kitchen (751 West 800 South) between 4-6:30pm.
When you arrive for pickup please text us (385-202-5207) with the first and last name on the order, if you would like disposable utensils, and a description of your vehicle when you arrive. We ask that you remain in your vehicles and a staff member or volunteer will run your orders out shortly.
