  1. Vegetable Kebsah (14oz):

    Potatoes, carrots, onions, tomato sauce, peas, spices, green beans, basmati rice, saffron, almonds and golden raisins. (Vegetarian, contains almonds, dairy free, gluten free)

  2. Kebsah Chicken with Vegetables and Rice (12oz):

    Chicken thighs seasoned with kebsah spices, tomatoes, onion, potatoes and peas. Served with saffron basmati rice topped with golden raisins and almonds. or mixed green salad with pomegranate vinaigrette. (Halal, dairy free, gluten free)

Appetizer:

  1. Vegetable Sambusa (3pc):

    From-scratch dough encasing potatoes, carrots, basil, peas, spices. (Vegetarian, contains gluten, dairy free)

  2. Beef Kibbeh (2pc):

    Bulgur wheat exterior filled with ground beef, onion, and spices cooked on the stove. Served with a small salad. (Halal, contains gluten, dairy free)

Salad:

Malfouf Salad (8oz):

Shredded Romaine lettuce, chopped tomatoes, fresh mint, lemon with olive oil. (Vegan, dairy free, gluten free)

Dessert:

Baklava Rings (3pc):

Ground pistachios and walnuts stuffed in phyllo dough, garnished with pistachios and rose water syrup. (Vegetarian, contains pistachios and walnuts, contains gluten, dairy free)

Beverage:

Mint Iced Tea (10oz):

Black and mint tea steeped overnight, lightly sweetened and served chilled over ice. (Vegan, contains caffeine, dairy free, gluten free)

    A Jordanian dish made with whole leg of chicken and a dried yogurt called jameed, combined with cumin, paprika, cardamom, turmeric, cloves, and allspice atop saffron-scented basmati rice. (Halal, contains dairy, gluten free

Appetizer:

  1. Vegetable Sambusa (3pc):

    Deep-fried triangles filled with spinach, garlic, vinegar, and baharat, a seven spice mix, encased in a crunchy shell. (Vegetarian, contains gluten, dairy free)

  2. Chicken Sambusa (3pc):

    Diced chicken breast and onion tossed in baharat, a seven spice mix, encased in a crunchy shell. (Halal, contains gluten, dairy free)

Salad:

Malfouf Salad (8oz):
