Chefs Zuhair and Nidahl of Falafel al Jailawi

Zuhair and Nidahl have experience running a food business from when they lived in Iraq. Since joining Spice Kitchen Incubator, they have purchased a food trailer and are excited to offer their specialty falafel to Salt Lake City! Falafel al Jailawi is also available for catering!

Menu:

Meat Entree (GF): Iraqi-Style Chicken Shawarma served with warm Saffron and Tomato Rice.

Vegan Entree (GF): Mixed Vegetable Stew (carrots, corn, peas, and onion) in a spiced Tomato Sauce served over Saffron and Tomato Rice.

Each entree is accompanied with fluffy Arabic bread and a fresh green salad.

Orders must be submitted by Tuesday at 12pm! You will receive an email confirmation upon completion.

Pick up and pay at Spice (2180 South & 300 West, Suite 102) between 4-6:30pm each Thursday. Chefs accept cash, check, and card payments.

1-3 $10 each +tax
4+ meals $9 each +tax
