A reflection of two cultures, Zaater & Zayton is a full-service catering company offering a unique blend of traditional Middle Eastern Cuisines and American fusion.
Sister Chefs Sahad and Mayada started Zaater & Zayton as part of the Spice Kitchen Incubator. They wished to create a company that represents a fusion of both their Middle Eastern background and their new homes in the United States.
Menu:
*Meat Entree (GF): Layered kebab with beef patties, eggplant, tomatoes, potatoes, onions, green peppers in a red tomato sauce. Served over white long grain basmati rice.
*+Vegetarian/Vegan Entree (GF, Vegan): Layered kebab with eggplant, tomatoes, potatoes, onions, green peppers in a red tomato sauce. Served over white long grain basmati rice.
*+ALL entrees are served with a served with a red lentil garlic soup garnished with fresh mint.
*Gluten-Free
+Can be substituted/made to-order for dairy-free/vegan customers.
Orders must be submitted by Tuesday at 12pm! You will receive an email confirmation upon completion.

Pick up and pay at Square Kitchen (751 West 800 South) between 4-6:30pm each Thursday. Chefs accept cash, check, and card payments.
1-3 Orders $10 each +tax
4+ Orders $9 each +tax
If possible, bring your own bag for pick up!
