Chef Noor of Noor al Sham
Chef Noor, originally from Syria, came to Utah from Egypt. He learned to cook at the age of 16 and has been cooking ever since! He wanted to start his own business not only to support his family but also the Syrian community in Salt Lake City.
Noor specializes in shawarma and barbecue, and loves to give his customers a great experience with delicious, well presented food, a friendly personality, and exceptional hospitality!
Menu:
Meat Entree (GF, Dairy-Free): Tender chicken roasted with tomato sauce and Syrian spices. Served over saffron rice. Served with a side of green salad with tomatoes and cucumbers; dressed in a lemon & mint vinaigrette.
Vegan Entree (GF, Dairy-Free): Falafel Bowl; garbanzo bean falafel with a side of a green salad. Served with homemade tahini sauce and a side of arabic bread.
Orders must be submitted by Tuesday at 12pm! You will receive an email confirmation upon completion.

Pick up and pay at Square Kitchen (751 West 800 South) between 4-6:30pm each Thursday. Chefs accept cash, check, and card payments.

4+ Orders $9 each +tax
If possible, bring your own bag for pick up!
