Chefs Zuhair and Nidahl of Falafel al Jailawi
Zuhair and Nidahl have experience running a food business from when they lived in Iraq. Since joining Spice Kitchen Incubator, they have purchased a food trailer and are excited to offer their specialty falafel to Salt Lake City! Falafel al Jailawi is also available for catering!
Menu:
Meat Entree: Crispy chicken falafel served with baked eggplant & amba (pickled mango sauce).
Vegan Entree: Light chickpea falafel served with baked eggplant & amba (pickled mango sauce).
Each entree is accompanied with fluffy Arabic bread and a cucumber tomato salad with olive oil and lemon dressing.
*Gluten Free Option will include additional falafel as a substitution for Arabic bread.
Orders must be submitted by Tuesday at 12pm! You will receive an email confirmation upon completion.
Pick up and pay at Spice (2180 South & 300 West, Suite 102) between 4-6:30pm each Thursday. Chefs accept cash, check, and card payments.
1-3 $10 each +tax
4+ meals $9 each +tax
